Welcome to those days. These terms apply to your use of our website and any orders you place with us. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our products
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including period pain. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have severe or persistent cramps, endometriosis, or any health concern, please speak to your GP. We recommend a patch test before first use, and checking with your GP before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or have a skin condition. Always read the label and ingredient list.
Product information
We take care to describe our products, ingredients, and colours accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colours exactly, and packaging or formulation may occasionally be updated. The ingredient list on the product itself is the definitive one.
Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This is not acceptance — a contract is formed only when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud), and if we do, we'll refund any payment taken.
Waitlist and pre-launch
Joining our waitlist means you'll receive email updates about our launch. It does not reserve product or guarantee availability. Signing up is not a purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed. Payment is taken securely through our payment provider at checkout; we don't store your full card details.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, the "those days" name and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our liability
We don't exclude any liability that can't legally be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Beyond that, we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable or that arise from misuse of the product against the label or this policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one.
