I created those days because I don’t take painkillers due to gut disruption, and couldn’t find the kind of natural period care I was looking for. As a psychologist, personal trainer and wellness girlie, I know the impact of gut health on our mood. I wanted something caring and nourishing, not clinical and numbing. One day, my mum offered me a magnesium spray she used for sore muscles. I tried it on my lower tummy, and it became part of my period-care routine. That experience sparked an idea. So, working with a UK lab, I’ve created those days cramp cream. Something born from my own experience, made with care, and with the hope that it becomes a welcome part of your routine too. This is a labour of love. Period care that feels like self-care, for those days.
