Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you're outside the UK and want to order, email us at hello@thosedays.uk and we'll let you know when we expand.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times and cost
- Standard UK delivery: £3.95, arriving within 2–3 business days of dispatch.
- Free standard delivery on orders over £50.
Our cream is designed to be letterbox-friendly, so in most cases you won't need to be in to receive it.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a confirmation and tracking link, where available.
Delays
We aim to hit the timings above, but delivery is handled by Royal Mail and occasionally things run late — during busy periods, bad weather, or courier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, email hello@thosedays.uk and we'll look into it.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, but we'll always try to help.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at hello@thosedays.uk within 14 days and we'll make it right.
